Dwight McGlothern (Spring, TX) Klein Oak defensive back is slated to play in the 20th edition of the All-American Bowl. The Bowl will be nationally televised, live on NBC at 12:00 Noon CST, and will feature the nation’s top 100 high school football players.
Along with participating in the Bowl, McGlothern will make his college declaration live on NBC.
“I decided to announce my commitment at the bowl because I feel that many people will want to see us commits. Our family and friends will be watching if they can’t attend, also because it is on NBC,” said McGlothern.
Tuesday evening the four-star defensive back announced his Top 5 schools.
“I’m most excited about being able to be a part of the tradition.”
NFL stars Odell Beckham Jr., Ted Ginn, and Adrian Peterson all made their college declarations in front of a national audience during the All-American Bowl.
Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
