Tar Heels Land 2021 All-American Jahvaree Ritzie

2021 All-American Jahvaree Ritzie has committed to the University of North Carolina.

Mack Brown and University of North Carolina received some exciting news Friday evening. Four-star defensive lineman Jahvaree Ritzie decided to stay home and play for the for the in-state Tar Heels.

The 2021 All-American announced his decision via his Twitter account.

In 2020 a trio of Tar Heels participated in the All-American Bowl: Josh Downs, Ja’Qurious Conley and Clyde Pinder.

Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
