2021 All-American Corey Collier Jr. (Miami, FL/ Miami Palmetto High School) announced his commitment to the University of Florida. According to 247Sports Collier is a four-star recruit and one of the top defensive backs in the nation. He selected the Gators over the University of Miami and LSU.

In 2020 Florida signees Derek Wingo and Xzavier Henderson accepted invites to play in the annual East vs. West matchup.
Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
