2021 All-American Nolan Rucci (Lititz, PA/ Warwick High School) announced his commitment to University of Wisconsin on Tuesday afternoon. According to 247Sports Burton is a four-star recruit and the No.1 overall prospect from the state of Pennsylvania. He selected the Badgers over the likes of Clemson, Michigan, Notre Dame, and Penn State.

Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
