The University of Alabama landed their quarterback of the future on Friday afternoon. Five-star Ty Simpson from Westview High School in Tennessee verbally pledged to the Crimson Tide. Simpson selected Alabama over Tennessee, Clemson, and Ole Miss.

Past Alabama standouts to participate in the All-American Bowl include the likes of Tua Tagovailoa, DeVonta Smithm and Jaylen Waddle.
Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
