Road to the Dome Digital Series to be Released October 20

The 2022 All-American Bowl will continue the Road to the Dome tour on Wednesday, October 20 at 8 p.m. ET on the NBC Sports YouTube channel, honoring six All-Americans in the sixth installment of a 15-episode weekly digital series.

In this week’s episode, presented by GEICO, the All-Americans will be virtually presented with their exclusive All-American jerseys provided by adidas. National Recruiting Editor for 247Sports, Brandon Huffman will provide in-depth video analysis of each All-American being honored. An interview with elite punter Evan Crenshaw will also be featured within the episode.

Only 100 football players receive the honor of wearing the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers during the 22^nd edition of the annual East vs. West matchup. NBC will present live coverage of the 2022 All-American Bowl from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

The Road to the Dome, airing on October 20, will honor the following players:

Three-star defensive lineman, Duke University commit, Vincent Anthony Jr. from Charles E. Jordan H.S. (NC)
Four-star wide receiver, Ohio State University commit, Kojo Antwi from Lambert H.S. (GA)
Elite punter, Evan Crenshaw from Allen D. Nease H.S. (FL)
Four-star running back, University of Oklahoma commit, Gavin Sawchuk from Valor Christian H.S. (CO)
Four-star linebacker, Louisiana State University commit, DeMario Tolan from Dr. Phillips H.S. (FL)
Four-star defensive lineman, Quency Wiggins from Madison Preparatory Academy (LA)

2024 All-American Jaden Reddell Commits to Georgia

Kirby Smart and the University of Georgia have landed one of the top pass catchers in the country. 2024 All-American Jaden Reddell from Raymore-Peculiar High School has committed to the Georgia Bulldogs. According to 247Sports, Reddell is a four-star prospect and the No. 4 tight end in the nation.

Past Bulldogs selected to play in the All-American Bowl includes the likes of Brock Bowers, Nick Chubb, and Travon Walker.

Reddell will play in the annual East vs. West matchup inside the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Bowl will be nationally televised, live on NBC and Peacock, and will feature the nation’s top 100 high school football players.

Four-Star Carter Nelson Pledges to 2024 All-American Bowl

Carter Nelson (Ainsworth, NE/ Ainsworth High School), the four-star prospect has officially accepted his invitation to the 2024 All-American Bowl. Having been selected to play in the twenty fourth edition of the All-American Bowl, Nelson will play in the annual East vs. West matchup on Saturday, January 6, 2024, in the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Bowl will be nationally televised, live on NBC at 1:00 PM ET, and will feature the nation’s top 100 high school football players.

Nelson was selected by the All-American Bowl Selection Committee, consisting of the All-American Bowl, 247Sports and NexGen founder Brent Williams. All-Americans are eligible for the All-American Bowl Player of the Year Award, the Anthony Muñoz Lineman of the Year Award, the Defensive Player of the Year Award, the All-American Bowl Man of the Year, the All-American Bowl MVP Award.
