Ohio State University has landed a verbal commitment from one of the top prospects in the entire country. 2023 All-American Malik Hartford from Lakota West High School in Ohio has verbally committed to the Buckeyes. According to 247Sports, Hartford is a four-star prospect and the No. 2 overall player in Ohio.

Past Buckeyes to participate in the All-American Bowl include the likes of CJ Stroud, Garrett Wilson, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
