West Virginia University received a commitment from one of the top linebackers in the nation on Friday. 2023 All-American Josiah Trotter from St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Pennsylvania has verbally committed to the Mountaineers. According to 247Sports, Trotter is a three-star prospect and the No. 9 overall prospect in Pennsylvania.

Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
