The University of Alabama received a commitment from one of the top quarterbacks in the nation this week. 2023 All-American Eli Holstein from Zachary High School in Louisiana has verbally committed to the Crimson Tide. According to 247Sports, Holstein is a four-star prospect and the No. 8 quarterback in the country.

Past members of the Crimson Tide to participate in the All-American Bowl include the likes of Bryce Young, Derrick Henry, and Will Anderson.
Only 100 football players receive the honor of putting on the All-American Bowl jersey each year. Each player selected to participate will culminate their high school careers at the All-American Bowl.
