Nick Saban and the University of Alabama received a commitment from one of the top overall players in the nation this week. 2023 All-American Caleb Downs from Mill Creek High School in Georgia has verbally committed to the Crimson Tide. According to 247Sports, Downs is a five-star prospect and the No. 1 safety in the country.

Past Crimson Tide members to participate in the All-American Bowl includes the likes of Bryce Young, Jaylen Waddle, and Derrick Henry.
